Terms and Conditions for Channel Partner being an associate with Saanvi Nirman Group
- Channel Partner registration is mandatory by submitting a physical
copy at sales office.
- Channel Partner registration will be sole discretion of Sannvi Nirman
Group.
- Client’s 1st visit till finalization of the booking must be accompanied
by Channel Partner.
- Any kind of marketing activates done by channel partner related to
Saanvi Nirman group should be informed and approved by Sales
office.
- Channel Partner shall ensure to update pricing and other details
related to projects time to time as and when required.
- 2% Commission is payable on basic sale value.
- Commission will be realized against receiving 1st bank
disbursement of client in case of Bank link OR against Agreement to
Sale (Banakhat) with PDC in case of own fund else against Sales
Deed (Dastavej) whichever is earlier.
- Commission payment will be cleared in 45 to 60 days from receiving
physical invoice at Head Office.
- Commission will be paid in Indian Currency after deduction of TDS
and other relevant taxes if any.
- In case of Booking Cancellation, paid commission will be deducted
from client’s earnest money and balance amount would be refund to
client.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Any disputes shall be subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
